Decide. Decide that you are ready for something different - a life free of anxiety, depression, alienation, post-traumatic stress. Make this commitment to yourself.

Reach Out. Check out my Investment page for more information on rates and insurance. If all that sounds okay, please complete the New Client Inquiry Form. I will respond within 1-2 business days with a link to schedule your 15-minute consultation call.

If I’m not your person, that’s okay too. Try EMDRIA’s Find an EMDR Therapist search to learn about other great EMDR therapists in the area.

Connect. During our call, our aim is to discover if we would be a good fit. We will discuss in general terms what is bringing you to therapy and any questions you have about therapy with me.  If we choose to move forward we will schedule an initial intake appointment. You will then receive an email from me prompting you to set up your client portal and complete my intake paperwork.

Clarify. During our first meeting, we will talk more in-depth about your history, present concerns, and what you hope to achieve. With this information, we will begin to formulate a plan for your individualized treatment.

Show Up and Do the Work. Then keep showing up. For therapy, yes, if that feels right. But more importantly, to your life. The magic happens when clients work hard to generalize their insights, breakthroughs, and new learning to their life outside of the therapy room. This is often a courageous act.

“Transformation is not magic. It’s hard work. But it is also doable work. When we can see another person’s labor toward their transformation, we know it is not some secret sauce but instead a daily commitment to a new way of life.”
